On your desired ring design page, click the "Add to the Shopping Bag" button. A pop-up window will appear showing that the item has been added. When you are ready to continue with the ordering process, please proceed to the Shopping Bag page.

Some NIWAKA jewelry, including select rings and fashion jewelry, is only sold in our stores in Japan. All jewelry offered for online purchase in the US is available on the NIWAKA Online Store website.
One order may include up to five items. In addition, please be aware that only one engagement ring can be bought in a single order. If you wish to buy multiple engagement rings, please place separate orders.
Also, please note that an order cannot contain both a ring and a Ring Sizing Kit at the same time. When making your order, please choose either the Ring Sizing Kit or the jewelry and proceed to purchase. If you would like to save an item to your Wish List, please press the heart-shaped "Add to Wish List" icon at the bottom right of the item photo.
If you wish to purchase an engagement ring, please contact us by clicking the "Consult Diamond Advisor" button, which can be found on each engagement ring design page. For other inquiries, please message us using the Contact Us page.
Although we try our utmost to ensure that our photos display the jewelry as accurately as possible, all rings shown in photos at the NIWAKA Online Store are samples, and the appearance of the actual ring may differ due to the selected ring size and center diamond. In addition, please be aware that the actual item's color may be slightly different from the pictures due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
Because our products are intended to be order-made, where we take the customer's choice of design, material, size, and other options that may be available, and make the piece specifically for that customer, it may take several weeks from the date of your order until the item is completed and ready for shipping. For approximate shipping dates, please refer to each ring design page.
You can check the details of your order in the order confirmation email that was sent to you automatically when you placed the order. If you are a registered NIWAKA member, you can also view your order details in your account. If you have not received the order confirmation email, please let us know via the Contact Us page.
Canceling and Modifying Orders
Unfortunately, since our rings are made to order, once payment has been completed, order modifications, cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions page.

Almost all NIWAKA engagement and wedding rings can be engraved on the inside at no additional charge.
In addition, all jewelry orders come with a complimentary message card embossed with NIWAKA's logo. You can enter a message to be printed on the card and delivered with your ring on the Shopping Bag page when placing your order. If you choose not to input a message, we will send a blank card so that you can write your message by hand.
