Yes. All NIWAKA jewelry arrives at its destination packaged in a case and gift box. For more information, please see the Jewelry Case & Gift Wrapping page.
All engagement rings come in separate jewelry cases. If your order contains two wedding rings, they will be delivered in a single case with two ring slots.
Only customers who have already purchased a ring from the NIWAKA Online Store can buy a jewelry case or keepsake box. If you would like to purchase one of these items, please message us using the Contact Us page.
All orders of NIWAKA jewelry are delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity, which certifies that the product is made by NIWAKA based on our high quality standards and has passed inspection. A manual with care and handling information will also be enclosed.
Engagement ring orders will also include a diamond grading report from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Hard-copy reports will be provided to customers who placed their orders before February 1, 2023. Digital reports will be issued for orders placed on February 1, 2023 or later. Your order will come with instructions on how to view the digital diamond grading report. It can also be accessed from the About Your Diamonds page.
All jewelry orders come with a complimentary message card.
Finally, an Order Summary will be enclosed inside the keepsake box that comes with the jewelry. If you do not wish for the Order Summary to be enclosed, please inform a customer service representative in advance via the Contact Us page.
All jewelry orders come with a complimentary message card embossed with NIWAKA’s logo. We provide one message card per each piece of jewelry. You can enter a message to be printed on the card and delivered with your ring on the Shopping Bag page when placing your order. If you choose not to input a message, we will send a blank card so that you can write your message by hand.
Unfortunately, NIWAKA does not provide appraisals or certificates of value.
