Do you have any designs for men?
All NIWAKA rings can be worn regardless of gender. Many designs are available in a wide range of sizes, and some also have several choices of widths, so you can easily choose the design and size that best suits the shape of your hand and finger. Information about the available size range and width options is provided on each ring design page.
I want to know the ring width in millimeters.

Will the prices listed on the NIWAKA Online Store change?
All prices listed on the NIWAKA Online Store are subject to change, which will be announced on the website in advance.

How can I purchase products that were available in the past?
Items currently not listed on the NIWAKA Online Store cannot be purchased, as they are no longer available for sale. Purchasing NIWAKA Jewelry Outside the NIWAKA Online Store
Do you have any retail stores or authorized sellers in the US?
We currently do not have any stores in the United States. Our jewelry is only available through the NIWAKA Online Store.
Can I purchase NIWAKA jewelry on other websites?
No, we do not offer NIWAKA jewelry through any other websites. Only products purchased from the NIWAKA Online Store are authentic products, and we cannot guarantee that items bought on other websites are genuine. In addition, we do not provide any after-sales services or repair support for items purchased outside the NIWAKA Online Store.
Can I buy jewelry that is only available on the NIWAKA Online Store at a NIWAKA store in Japan?
Unfortunately, items exclusive to the NIWAKA Online Store cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Can I purchase jewelry at a NIWAKA store in Japan and have it shipped to the US?
NIWAKA stores in Japan do not offer international shipping services. If you wish to have NIWAKA products shipped to the United States, you are welcome to purchase them through the NIWAKA Online Store.

At this time, we only accept inquiries through the website. You are welcome to message us using the Contact Us page.
What are the customer service business hours?
Our customer service business hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm (Japan Standard Time), Monday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to respond outside of business hours, on weekends, or during Japanese holidays. The Contact Us page will have a corresponding announcement during Japanese holiday periods. Thank you for your understanding.

We generally reply within 5 business days after you contact us. However, in some cases it may take longer due to Japanese national holidays or the nature of your inquiry. If you do not receive a reply within 5 business days, please message us again via the Contact Us page.
