Using several cards to pay for one order is not possible through the NIWAKA Online Store. Should you wish to use more than one card, please let us know via the Contact Us page.
Can I pay in installments using my credit card?
No, installment payments are not possible. You can only choose a one-time payment.
Do you offer loans or other financial services?
Unfortunately, loans or other financial services are not available at this time.
What is a security code?
A card security code (also called a card verification value, card identification number, or card validation code) is a number you enter to confirm that the person placing the order is the cardholder. Normally, the security code is printed on the debit or credit card itself. Please see the Payment Methods page for more details.
How can I receive a receipt for jewelry purchased from the NIWAKA Online Store?
Unfortunately, we do not issue receipts. However, an Order Summary will be enclosed with your order. In addition, the same information will be included in the email informing you that your jewelry has been shipped. If you do not wish for the Order Summary to be enclosed, please let us know in advance via the Contact Us page.
Taxes and Customs Duties
Are orders subject to taxes or customs duties?
Apart from the purchase price, NIWAKA will not charge you any additional fees in relation to the delivery of your jewelry. Customers in the US are also exempt from Japan’s consumption tax. However, depending on your state or local government laws and regulations, your purchase may be subject to a use tax, sales tax or other tax. In this case, as long as NIWAKA does not collect the tax from you and you are not eligible for a tax exemption, you as the customer are responsible for paying the tax in question. Please also note that NIWAKA may provide information on your purchase of NIWAKA jewelry to your state or local government if required to do so. For information on tax payment methods, please consult your state or local government’s official website or contact the respective organization directly.
All customs duties associated with your purchase are included in the purchase price.
