Yes. The majority of our ring designs are eligible for a one-time complimentary resizing service if you contact us within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery with your desired ring size. This includes insured shipping to and from Japan at no additional charge. You will need to provide the Certificate of Authenticity that originally came with your ring.

Requests for a second or further resizing or requests made after 30 calendar days from the date of delivery will incur a resizing fee. Please see the After-Sales Services page for more details.

If you are unsure about which ring size you require, Ring Sizing Kits are available for purchase to measure your Japanese ring size.

Regardless of whether the service is complimentary or paid, rings sent for resizing or exchange will be shipped back to you approximately 7 to 9 weeks after we receive them. However, the delivery time may be longer depending on the design and condition of the ring, or due to national holidays. Please note that the aforementioned resizing period of 7 to 9 weeks does not include the initial inquiry period or the shipping period to Japan. When you click the "Purchase" button, the Ring Sizing Kit will be added to your Shopping Bag; you can then fill out the form and proceed with the purchase process. If you purchase a NIWAKA ring after purchasing a Ring Sizing Kit, the price of the kit will be deducted from the price of the ring. For more information, please see the Ring Sizing Kit section of the Japanese Ring Size Guide page.

Ring Sizing Kits will be shipped via a domestic US delivery service to arrive within 3 to 5 business days after you place your order. The shipping is complimentary.

First, please check whether your Shopping Bag contains both a ring and a Ring Sizing Kit. The Ring Sizing Kit cannot be ordered at the same time as other products. To proceed with the purchase, please choose either the Ring Sizing Kit or the jewelry and delete the other item(s) from your Shopping Bag. To save an item to your Wish List before deleting it, please press the heart-shaped "Add to Wish List" icon at the bottom right of the item photo.

Unfortunately, Ring Sizing Kits cannot be purchased at stores in Japan. Ring Sizing Kits are only sold through the NIWAKA Online Store to help customers in the United States determine their Japanese ring size.

When you visit a NIWAKA store in Japan, the store staff will measure your ring size for you.
