Shopping Bag and My Account
How do I use the Shopping Bag?
If you have found an item you like to purchase, please add it to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Add to Shopping Bag" button. When you are ready to place your order, go to the Shopping Bag page. Click the "Purchase" button, fill out the form and proceed with the purchase process.
Please note the following:
- One order may include up to 5 items.
- However, please be aware that an order cannot contain both a ring and a Ring Sizing Kit at the same time. Please choose either the Ring Sizing Kit or the jewelry and delete the other item(s) from your Shopping Bag before you proceed to purchase.
- To save an item to your Wish List before deleting it, please press the heart-shaped "Add to Wish List" icon at the bottom right of the item photo.
- Please note the contents of your Shopping Bag will be lost if you switch to a different browser or device, or if a certain amount of time has elapsed since you added the items.
Why should I create an account?
If you create an account and become a NIWAKA member, you will be able to save your Wish List and view it on multiple devices and in any browser, check your order status and purchase history, and enjoy faster purchase processing from your second purchase onwards.

To reset your password, please click the ""Forgot Your Password?"" link on the Account Login page.
How can I change my customer information?
Please use the Contact Us page to let us know which information you would like to change.
