Delivery Time
When will the ring be shipped?
Shipping dates depend on the ring design and the customer's requirements, as the number of days necessary for production may vary. Please refer to the corresponding ring design page for an estimated shipping date.
Delivery usually takes approximately 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, though this time may be affected by transport conditions. For more details, please see the Shipping page.
I want to receive the ring earlier than the date listed on the site.
Since we undertake to meet the scheduled timeframes for all customers, we are unable to ship rings any earlier than the date listed on the site. Please confirm the estimated shipping date that is displayed on each ring design page before ordering.
Shipping Details
Do I have to pay for shipping?
All NIWAKA orders include complimentary shipping. There are no extra shipping charges or costs.
How secure is the shipping?
All NIWAKA rings are securely packaged for delivery in a plain outer box. All NIWAKA jewelry orders are shipped via FedEx, and all packages require a signature from someone at least 21 years old (and possessing a government-issued photo ID) at the delivery address. In addition, all shipments are insured. For more details, please see the Shipping page.
Can I choose which shipping company will ship my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify a shipping company.
Can I track my order?
Yes, it is possible to track your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. To check the status of your shipment, enter your tracking number on the FedEx homepage. If you are a registered NIWAKA member, you can also view the tracking number in your account.
Shipping Address
Can you ship outside of the United States?
Unfortunately, NIWAKA Online Store only ships to addresses within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska, but not US Territories). If the address you entered does not meet these criteria, you will be asked to provide a different shipping address.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes. If you would like to change your shipping address, please message us at least two weeks before your planned shipping date using the Contact Us page.
Can you ship to PO boxes, military addresses, hotels, logistic centers, or US Territories?
No, deliveries to post office boxes (PO boxes), APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military addresses), hotels, logistic centers, or US Territories are not accepted. If the address you entered does not meet the appropriate criteria, you will be asked to provide a different shipping address.
Can the package be delivered to my workplace?
Yes, it is possible to have the package delivered to your workplace.
Can you ship to an address different from my billing address?
As long as the shipping address is within the United States, it is possible to ship your package to an address that is different from your billing address. Please make sure to fill in the shipping address field when ordering.
Can you ship my order to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, shipping items to multiple addresses is not possible. If you wish to ship items to multiple addresses, please place the respective orders separately.
Receiving Orders
How long will it take until my jewelry arrives after it has shipped?
Jewelry deliveries usually take approximately 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment, though this time may be affected by transport conditions. Please be advised that if the package is delayed or encounters other problems in transit, you may need to contact FedEx directly. After you receive the email from NIWAKA confirming that your package has been sent, please check the status of the shipment using your tracking number.
Is it possible to specify delivery date and time?
It is not possible to designate a specific date and time to receive your package. However, if you plan to be unavailable for an extended period of time, please inform a customer service representative in advance using the Contact Us page, so that your order arrives outside that period. Please note that if you are unable to receive your package for a long time after it arrives in the US, the order may be returned to Japan, which will result in additional charges and a longer delivery time.
Can I choose to receive my order on a Saturday?
Yes, you can choose to schedule the delivery of your package on a Saturday at no additional charge. Please message a customer service representative using the Contact Us page to make your request.
Do I have to be available to sign for the package when the jewelry is delivered?
All packages require a signature from someone at least 21 years old (and possessing a government-issued photo ID) at the delivery address, so please make sure that someone is available to sign for the package.
Can I pick up my order at a NIWAKA store in Japan?
Unfortunately, orders made through the NIWAKA Online Store cannot be picked up at NIWAKA stores in Japan. All jewelry purchased at the NIWAKA Online Store will be shipped to your designated address in the United States.
